    Delegate Manchin moves to amend the bill as follows:

    On page seventy-eight, section three, line twenty-five, immediately following the subpart designation “(1)” By deleting the phrase “Lost income or expenses” and insert in lieu thereof “Loss of use or lost income”;

    AND

    On page seventy-nine, section three, line fourteen, immediately following the word “disturbance” by deleting the word “done” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “and reclamation”;

    AND

    On page seventy-nine, section three, line sixteen, immediately preceding the word “market” by inserting the word “fair”;

    AND

    On page seventy-nine, section three, line sixteen, immediately following the word “value”, by deleting the words “of the actual use made thereof by the surface owner immediately”.
